TRUST

When Client entitles the Bank to manage its assets on his behalf this operation is called Trust.

Trust operations are regulated by the Civil Code of Russian Federation (part 2), Federal law "About a central Bank of Russian Federation" and Federal law "Stock market Act".

Money, securities, precious metals and stones, derivatives etc. can became object of trust operations.

Only Russian residents (individuals or companies being proprietors or trustees) can act as principal in trust operations

Trust operations are effected in conformity with the written Trust Agreement the term of which is usually under 5 years. This Agreement specifies on what term and what property one party entrust to the other, terms of commission payments, confidentiality, rights and responsibilities of the parties. Such operation do not result in change of assets proprietor.
