Bank note dealings are purchase or sale of cash foreign currency through clearing settlement carring out by virtue of the Bank Note Agreement concluded by banks. Cash foreign payment is implemented from the cash department of the bank after currency foreign exchange receipts from an account of a purchase bank to an account of a supplier bank.
